Every call your team ever made, one search away.
Searching ten thousand calls and meetings by meaning, not by transcript
Their best closers' moves were buried in a vault of recordings. Embedding every call with Gemini embedding 2 made every objection, frame, and pricing exchange a few keystrokes away.
The team had a vault of call and meeting recordings. Thousands of hours, all transcribed, all useless without a way to search them by meaning. A new rep could not pull objections about pricing in a specific vertical from the archive without watching ten hours of footage. The transcripts were keyword searchable, which is the same as not searchable when buyers paraphrase.
Pipeline that pulls each call from the recording tool, splits the audio by speaker turn, embeds the turns with Gemini embedding 2, and stores vectors in a managed index alongside speaker, timestamp, and a one line summary. Built a search surface where reps query in natural language and get the exact moments back. Tied playback into the existing recording tool so the team did not learn another UI.
New reps now study ten times as many real moments in the same prep time. Top closer techniques became a teachable corpus instead of folklore. The vault, which was previously a sunk storage cost, became a training asset.
